The Spring 2026 Trolley Tour will be on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 8 am to 1 pm at Mother Mary Lange Catholic School, 200 North Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21201.

The Trolley Tour is for buyers at ALL stages of the homebuying process. You do not need to buy a home soon to benefit from this free, informative event. After attending this in-person Trolley Tour, eligible attendees may apply for Baltimore City's $5,000 Buying Into Baltimore incentive. MECU is also participating in the Buy Back the Block Program. Residents of certain Baltimore City neighborhoods may qualify for a $20,000 grant toward a home purchase in the area where they currently rent.
