The Spring 2026 Trolley Tour will be on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 8 am to 1 pm at The Baltimore Convention Center, 1 West Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.

The Trolley Tour is for buyers at ALL stages of the homebuying process. You do not need to buy a home soon to benefit from this free, informative event. After attending this in-person Trolley Tour, eligible attendees may apply for Baltimore City's $5,000 Buying Into Baltimore incentive. MECU is also participating in the Buy Back the Block Program. Residents of certain Baltimore City neighborhoods may qualify for a $20,000 grant toward a home purchase in the area where they currently rent.
