If you can get to a phone, access is convenient and easy any place or time of day. MECU’s Telephone Teller allows you to take care of Credit Union business with a touch-tone phone and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). To obtain your PIN, contact the Telephone Service center Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, Thursday 9:00am to 4:30pm at (410) 752-8313 press 3.

With your PIN, you can transact business quickly and easily. For example, you can...

  • Obtain information, such as current rates, account balances, check cleared, deposit received, year-end tax information, and more.
  • Transfer money between accounts, authorizing withdrawals, and so forth.
  • Make loan payments.

Once you have your Telephone Teller PIN, you can access Telephone Teller at (410) 727-6540 or (800) 810-6328 anytime, day or night with a touch-tone phone.
