What are my first steps?

Download the MECU Mobile App or update to the latest version. Delete the MECU Business Mobile App from your electronic devices to ensure a smooth transition.
 

If I delete the MECU Business App will my account information be lost?

No, your information will not be lost. The MECU Business App is being discontinued. Your account information is now accessible through the MECU Mobile App. To prevent an error message, please delete the MECU Business App.
 

What if I already have the MECU Mobile App?

Please update your app.
 

Do I need a new username and password?

No. Please sign into the MECU Mobile App using your existing username and password.
               

I have a MECU Business account and MECU Personal account. How do I log in?

After downloading the MECU Mobile App, you may begin your one-time set-up process. Log in to your MECU Personal account and MECU Business account with their associated usernames and passwords. This is a one-time set-up process.

After initial set-up is complete, all of your subsequent log-ins will have the ability to toggle between the two accounts.
 

Will I be able to see my personal account information and business account information at the same time?

No, but this enhancement eliminates the need to have two separate apps. Before logging in to the MECU Mobile App, you will have the ability to toggle between your MECU Personal account and MECU Business account.
