Card Delay

We are aware that some MECU members are experiencing a delay with the issuance (or reissuance) of Visa® Debit and Credit Cards. This is due to an issue with a vendor that provides cards for MECU and other financial institutions.  If you are affected, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and we are working closely with the vendor to resolve the delays as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, as we work to get your card in your possession as soon as possible, we are offering some solutions to assist with completing your transactions:
  1. You may visit a MECU branch to get an Instant Issue ATM Card. View the list below of MECU branches that offer Instant Issue ATM Cards to use at an ATM or point-of-sale terminal
  2. Reach out to your creditor(s) to authorize them to debit your payment from your MECU Checking Account
  3. Log into Online Banking or Mobile Banking to access Bill Pay and schedule a payment to your creditor(s)
  4. Pay your creditor(s) or merchant(s) from your MECU Checking Account by check
