The estimated monthly payment on a home equity line of credit with a $30,000 balance at the current rate of Prime minus 0.25% (7.25% APR) after the introductory period will be $274. Minimum monthly payment is $100. Introductory rate will be fixed for 12 months. The standard, post-introductory APR will be a fully indexed, variable rate based on Prime plus or minus a margin based on your loan-to-value ratio at account opening. Prime Rate is obtained from the Wall Street Journal and is currently 7.50%, in effect since December 19, 2024. The APR will not increase more than 6.00% above the initial rate that would have been in effect without the introductory rate discount or 24.00%, whichever is less. The minimum APR will not go below 3.25% at any time during the term of the plan. The standard, post-introductory rate is variable and may adjust on a quarterly basis.
