MECU's Technology System Upgrade
In November 2023, MECU will upgrade to a new and enhanced technology system. This system modernization is designed to improve the member experience and to introduce new and innovative products and services.The upgrade will begin on Friday, November 3, and be completed on Monday, November 6. We’ve done extensive planning to minimize service disruptions, but there will be some temporary interruptions over the upgrade weekend. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are providing this information so that you can prepare for the upgrade weekend and minimize its impact on you.

How will you be impacted?
Friday, November 3, through Monday, November 6, 2023, is upgrade weekend. MECU’s offices, branches, Telephone Teller, and our call center will close on Friday, November 3, at 3 pm and will reopen on Monday, November 6 at approximately 2 pm.
