Call Center

On Friday, November 3, the call center will close at 3 pm and reopen on Monday, November 6, at approximately 2 pm.

MECU Branches

On Friday, November 3, MECU branches will close at 3 pm and reopen on Monday, November 6, at approximately 2 pm. We kindly request all members to keep this in mind when banking during and in advance of upgrade weekend.
 

Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs)

MECU ITMs will close on Friday, November 3, at 3 pm and reopen on Monday, November 6, at approximately 2 pm.
 

MECU ATMs

MECU ATMs will be available for withdrawals and deposits. Balance inquiries will be unavailable from Friday, November 3, through Monday, November 6, at  approximately 2 pm.
 

Mobile and Online Banking

Mobile and Online Banking will be unavailable from Friday, November 3 at 3 pm through Monday, November 6, at approximately 2 pm. Following upgrade weekend, please continue to use your same credentials to access Mobile and Online Banking.
 

Telephone Teller
Telephone Teller will be unavailable from Friday, November 3, at 3 pm and resume operations on Monday, November 6, at approximately 2 pm.
