Who should complete this form

Use this form to move funds from your account at MECU into an account at another financial institution.

What you will need

  1. This form is in PDF Format, a file format for Adobe Acrobat Reader®. If you do not have Acrobat Reader on your PC, it can be download free from Adobe®.
  2. Your MECU account information.
  3. A photocopy of your driver's license.
  4. Account information and ABA Number of the Bank to receive the funds. The ABA Number, also known as the Routing and Transit Number, identifies the financial institution and can be obtain by calling the institution.

Directions

  1. Type in the information into the first three boxes of the form:
    • Request for Wire Transfer
    • Information on Receiving Bank
    • Account Information at Receiving Bank
  2. Print the Wire Transfer Request Form, sign and date it.
  3. Fax the form and the copy of your driver's license to the Wire Transfer Desk at MECU (Fax Number: (443) 927-3717.
