Information you will need:

Your MECU ATM or MECU Debit Card

Your CIF number. For individuals who were members prior to November 2009, this is your account number. For new members, this is the number given to you when you opened your first account at MECU.

A computer with the following capabilities 

  • A modem with minimum 28.8 K internet connection

  • 128-bit encrypted browser

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or 7
    (Note: Internet Explorer 8 is not currently supported)

  • Firefox 3.0 or higher

  • Safari 3.1 or higher

  • Javascript enabled 

With online banking, you can access your account information from any personal computer with Internet access.  In addition, within online banking, you may sign up for MECU's BillPayer service.  As you enroll in online banking, you must select both a "Username" and a "Password", also called a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your "Username" and "Password" will then be used to access MECU's Online Banking. They should be kept confidential and should never be shared with another person.
