Who should complete this form

Use this form if your pay is processed by the Baltimore City Public School System.

Directions

  1. Type in the information according to the instructions on the "Baltimore City Public School System Payroll Direct Deposit Request form" in PDF Format* (* PDF is a file format for Adobe Acrobat Reader®. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, please download from Adobe®.)
  2. Select either checking or savings
  3. Print the form
  4. Sign it and mail to the following address:

    Payroll Office
    Baltimore City Public School System
    200 E. North Avenue, Room 114
    Baltimore, Maryland 21202

Once the Payroll Office receives the request, it takes approximately two pay cycles before the direct deposit will occur. (If you are changing your direct deposit from another financial institution or different MECU account, there will be a one-time interruption of direct deposit and a check will be issued on your payday.)
