IMPORTANT Fraud Alert

ALERT – MECU was notified by its partner, CO-OP Financial Services, that our members may have received an email saying it is from CO-OP Network. CO-OP Network would never contact you directly and it never requests personal account information. If you received an email from CO-OP Network you should consider it a fraudulent attempt to obtain your cardholder information.

CO-OP Financial Services has traced the site back to an Ireland-based broadband provider named EIRCOM. They have taken the necessary steps to immediately shut it down. If you provided your confidential information, please contact Berry Grant MECU’s Fraud Investigator at 410-223-4074.  He will take your information and connect you with our representatives who can block your current card and reissue a new one. 

Remember, MECU will never email you asking for your personal information.  We have it.
