Online Banking Login

ONLINE BANKING LOGIN

If you already use online banking, sign in to the left.

NEW TO ONLINE BANKING?

If you are new to online banking but are currently an ATM / Debit card holder you may complete self enrollment by clicking on Self Enrollment to the right.

If you do not already have a MECU ATM / Debit card and would like to enroll, contact us at 410-752-8313 for assistance.


FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Step 1. USERNAME

  • Enter your member number as your username in the "Login" box on the left.

Step 2. PASSWORD

  • In the space labeled Password, enter the temporary password that you were assigned.
  • Click ‘Login’
  • Before you set a new password for your account, view the Password Guidelines link at the top of the page.

Step 3. PASSMARK IMAGE AND PHRASE SELECTION

  • Select an image by clicking on any picture. This image will be displayed every time you login.
  • Click on ‘continue’
  • Enter a phrase that contains between 6 and 18 characters (A-Z, a-z, 0-9, or space) to identify your passmark image. Your password should not be used as your Pass Mark phrase

Step 4. SECURITY QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

  • Use the drop-down arrow to select a challenge question from the list. You must select three different challenge questions.
  • Type an answer to each of the challenge questions you selected. Answers can contain three to 30 characters; spaces are allowed.
  • If you are using your own personal computer when you are setting up this Passmark, select the “This is a personal computer. Register it.” option.
  • If you are using a public computer, such as a computer at your workplace or other public space, select the “This is a public computer. Do NOT register it” option. To ensure the security of your private information while using Online Banking, when you sign on from a public computer, you will be asked to verify some aspects of your Passmark.
  • Click ‘Next’
  • Confirm all information entered; click ‘Finish’ to save all your information

Step 5. CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD

  • In the spaced labeled Current Password, enter the temporary password that you were assigned.
  • In the space labeled New Password, enter a new password of your choice. It must be at least 7 characters and include 1 number.
  • Confirm your new password by typing it in once more.
  • Click ‘Submit’ -- Important! Use your New Password the next time you sign in. The temporary password that you were provided will not work after you have gone through this login process and chosen a new password.

Step 6. ONLINE BANKING DISCLOSURE

  • Because you are a new online banking member, you will be presented with the Online banking Disclosure that you need to click ‘Agree’ to continue.

Step 7. ACCOUNT OVERVIEW

  • You are now logged on and you will see a listing of your MECU accounts.
